Whether the day is warm or cold, The Children's Playhouse is an amazing place to take young children and let them play in a world built just for them. Hands-on play areas like a music and drama room, a doll-sized neighborhood, a space filled with toy trucks and construction gear, a special place just for babies and more has activities that will appeal to any child. Daily guided art activities let youngsters get in touch with their creative sides with specially designed projects. With all of these opportunities and more, this is a favorite place to be for elementary school-aged kids. Located just a block off King Street, the center is located just behind the Boone Unitarian Universalist Fellowship church.
