Steve at Bouquet Florist made my wedding day perfect!! From the beginning to the end he was very professional and very easy to work with. It was almost like he was reading my mind when we discussed what I would like to have. We didn't even have to tell him how to put anything together. He just knew! My bouquet was gorgeous along with the matron of honor bouquet, mother of the bride & groom bouquet and the boutonnieres. You should have seen how he decorated our wedding cake. So pretty!! We also had Steve decorate a twig harbor for us (which we got married under). Absolutely beautiful!! Exactly what we had in mind. The decorations on the ceremony chairs were perfect! I loved the flowers he provided for my hair. I have never had a better hair day!! Thank you Steve for everything & for being so accommodating. You're a jewel!! Michelle & Dusty

Bouquet florist was the company I settled on after speaking to a few shops around town. Not only were my flowers beautiful and my wedding all a woman could ask for but they came at 7am on a Saturday to set up and everything they did far surpassed what I believed a florist in Boone was capable of. I lived in Charlotte for quite some time and went to many big ticket wedding with much larger wedding budgets than my own and I would have to say my day far out shined theirs. Thanks Bouquet, Thanks Jack and Steve

We recently had the misfortune for someone to send us flowers throught this company. They apparently advertise that they deliver in the Boone area, but are not familiar with the local area and it looks as if they don't even have a map. They called for directions to our house....(certainly not the best way to surprise us with a floral delivery) What's worse, the person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem familiar with the local streets and had a hard time copying down directions accurately. After repeating directions to him 2 or 3 times, he rudely asked if there wasn't an 'easier way' to get here. (The directions I gave him included 2 turns from the major state highway that goes through town.) This is a small town - only one zip code- If you can't find a residential address here, you really should NOT be in the delivery business. After screwing up writing directions a couple of times, this rude person said he was just going to cancel the order - then he hung up on me. My wife called him back to ask who was sending the flowers...he refused to tell her and would only say that he was cancelling the order and would not deliver the flowers. With all the good florists in the Boone area, why would you bother with people like this?

They're in a nice new store with lots of plants and dish gardens. Their flower variety seems to lack, however. They're into traditional mountainy funerally arrangements. Beyond that, I've found their design abilities very disappointing. They seem to be geared to their strip mall clientele. I thought they'd do better because of the investment they've made in their nice new store, but I think they're more interested in cash and carry than being more than a basic florist that specializes in drop-in vase arrangemetns, dish gardens, and roundy basket arrangements. They seem to do OK, so obviously they know what some people want. Just not what I want. Doubt if I ever use them again unless they get some new design staff.
