Wonderful evening!!!

My husband and I ate here while visiting Boone, NC to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. From the outside it looks like your typical steakhouse type restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised when we got inside. The restaurant is very intimate and cozy with pleasing decor and lighting. The service was impeccable. The "Peddler" goes from table to table to take your order and proceeded to cut my husband's ribeye on his cart right at our table. Very unique. There is unlimited soup/salad bar; however, the selection there was a little disappointing. Caviar??? Our steaks were prepared perfectly and melted in your mouth. My husband would have preferred a little more seasoning on his, but mine was wonderful. The price was fairly reasonable also. Anyone staying in Boone should definitely visit the Peddler Steakhouse.
